I am a litigator and trial lawyer practicing in both California and Arizona. We try cases in both state and federal courts. We exclusively represent victims of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, molestation/sexual assault and medical malpractice. Most of my practice over the last 3 decades has been focused on representing children who are victims of obstetrical and hospital negligence.
My practice is limited to a few select cases at any given time to ensure close attention to each client and to maximize use of resources on each case. By limiting the number of cases we accept, our unique format allows us to completely focus on each case and provide the best and most effective representation for our clients. I am often asked to assist other law firms to act as trial counsel or co-counsel in cases in both California and Arizona.
